Algeria Gate: In a new episode of the shameful normalization series between Rabat and Tel Aviv and the betrayal of the central causes of the Islamic nation, new information has revealed a project to establish a military facility inside the Ghaza Strip.
It is scheduled to host a Moroccan unit of around 150 soldiers as part of arrangements for the deployment of the anticipated international force in the Strip.
This scene reflects Morocco’s transformation into an Israeli settlement whose military battalions are turning into a Gaza envelope, pursuant to secret security agreements with the entity, amid popular rejection of the humiliating Abraham Accords.
This threatens to exacerbate tensions and divisions and to escalate cases of rebellion within the ranks of the Moroccan Royal Armed Forces who reject the quagmire of normalization.

Rabat’s involvement in the controversial international force project falls within an orientation that, at its core, serves the Israeli occupation’s agenda.
The focus is on disarming the Palestinian resistance and stripping it of its military capabilities, while there is no practical commitment to ending the occupation or enabling the Palestinian people to exercise their right to establish an independent state. This raises numerous questions about the new secret mission of the mercenaries of the Moroccan King Mohammed VI under the Israeli umbrella inside the anticipated military facility.

According to an investigation conducted by the “Misbar” team on Al Araby TV, the relevant authorities have begun preparatory works at a site believed to be designated for the facility. The American company ARC International has been provisionally selected to execute the project, although the final contract has not yet received approval.
Where Will the Military Base Be Established?
The investigation identified the probable location of the facility in the Juhr al-Dik area near the Netzarim axis, inside what is known as the “Yellow Line” and in a zone under the direct control of the Israeli occupation army.
The site determination was based on analysis of satellite images and footage from inside the Strip, which showed land-leveling works, road-cutting, and paving of parts of the site over recent months. Separate analyses also suggested that the facility is intended for the international force.
The area is characterized by a relative elevation that provides a wide field of vision. Satellite images show the presence of four Israeli bases in the vicinity of the site, with the access road to it passing through one of those bases.
Specifications of the Military Facility
According to the initial concept, the base covers an area of approximately 100 meters by 120 meters. It is planned to include combat positions for vehicles, a defensive earth berm, and basic facilities suitable for short-term deployment operations.

As reported by The Guardian, the facility will accommodate around 150 Moroccan soldiers who will rotate duty there, operating from an international force base in Israel.
An American Company Shortlisted to Execute the Project
The investigation also tracked the company ARC International, which has been provisionally selected to carry out the project. The company is headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is active in construction, infrastructure, energy, and logistical services, in addition to establishing and operating camps and bases in remote and high-risk areas.
The company has a previous record of providing logistical and construction services in Gaza for the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. It has also previously concluded contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Army to execute facilities and infrastructure at remote military sites.
Among its projects is a contract exceeding $16.5 million for the repair of a vehicle maintenance workshop at a U.S. military facility on Kwajalein Atoll. In 2024 it was also included among five companies competing for task orders under a multiple-award contract with a maximum value of $495 million.
Direct Link to Israel
The investigation showed that ARC International registered itself with the Israeli Companies Registrar in May 2025 as a private foreign company, about a week before the start of operations of the aid distribution centers belonging to the “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.”
Registration documents indicate the appointment of Israeli businessman Hazi Beitzel as the company’s authorized representative in Israel. He is active in investment and mediation in defense projects inside Africa and also serves as the honorary consul of Rwanda in Israel.
The revelation of the project comes amid political and security arrangements related to the future of the Gaza Strip, including discussion of the file of Palestinian resistance weapons and the Israeli withdrawal, against the backdrop of preparations for the deployment of an international force in the Strip.
