Evidence Exposes Moroccan–Zionist Collusion in Land Seizures

Rabat – Testimonies from Moroccan citizens have laid bare what many political and rights groups had long warned: systematic collusion between the Makhzen regime and Zionist networks to seize land through coercion and forgery, turning Morocco into a budding settler colony.

One victim, speaking in a widely circulated video, recounted how authorities stripped him of his property and sold it at a token price to a Zionist buyer. Despite filing complaints with local officials and security services, he received no justice. He presented documents proving his claims, stressing that the buyer obtained the land through the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs. The man alleged that the buyer wielded influence inside the royal palace, drove a car with special plates signaling high-level protection, and openly threatened residents.

The victim described the scheme as a criminal mafia backed by state institutions. He revealed that the Zionist buyer had access to his movements between government offices, making his attempts to reclaim his father’s land perilous. “I nearly lost my life fighting to recover what was stolen with forged papers,” he said.

Like many others forced into displacement, he asked: “Why does the regime sell citizens’ land to Zionists for crumbs?” His plight mirrors that of countless Moroccans who now feel like refugees in their own country, as Zionist investors flock to purchase land at an accelerating pace.

The story sparked outrage online, with many warning that Morocco risks repeating the tragedy of Palestine. Social media users described the situation as the early stages of a full-scale occupation.

Adding to the alarm, Yuba El Ghdioui, deputy head of the National Rif Party, revealed suspicious activity by Zionist groups in the Rif region. Locals reported covert surveys and mapping operations in forests and strategic mountain sites. Activists questioned why such sensitive areas were being targeted and who was orchestrating these clandestine moves.

Meanwhile, new footage has surfaced showing Jewish groups performing prayer rituals at Bab Doukkala in Marrakech — a symbolic act that many see as a sign of growing territorial encroachment. Citizens fear this is not merely religious practice but part of a broader strategy of settlement and control.

The mounting evidence paints a stark picture: Morocco is sliding into a dangerous experiment where land, sovereignty, and identity are being bartered away, leaving ordinary citizens to bear the cost.

Ahmed Assid : Public Prayer is a Right, State “Exclusion” Policy to Blame

Ahmed Assid : Public Prayer is a Right, State “Exclusion” Policy to Blame

MARRAKECH – Moroccan writer and researcher Ahmed Assid has ignited a heated debate following “shocking” comments regarding Israeli settlers performing Talmudic rituals in front of the Bab Doukkala wall in Marrakech.

Assid dismissed the widespread public outrage a “storm in a teacup”, asserting that the backlash lacks any noble objective. He criticized those who labeled the prayers as “strange rituals”, arguing that such descriptions ignore the historical presence of Jews in Morocco since ancient times.

According to Assid, public space belongs to everyone, and Jews have a fundamental right to pray within it, emphasizing that Morocco is an open country for all people.

The researcher leveled that since 1956, the strategic error was the deliberate marginalization of Morocco’s diverse identity.

“The mistake from the begininig was due to the policies of the Moroccan state since independence, “Assid stated. “It hod the exiistence of Jews, the Amazigh identity , and the African and Mediterranean dimensions, focusing solely on Arabism, Islam amd Andalusia. This current social friction is the direct result of those policies”

His remarks come at a sensitive time as tensions rise over the increasing visibility of Israeli activities in the Kingdom, contrasting the state’s official normalization path with growing public resentment.

Morocco’s Masmouda Elders Issue Ultimatum to Israeli Settlers

Morocco’s Masmouda Elders Issue Ultimatum to Israeli Settlers

Marrakech, Morocco — A statement attributed to the elders and notables of the Masmouda tribe, part of the Amazigh Shluh community, has ignited controversy after giving Israeli settlers 72 hours to leave Marrakech, Tinmel, and Taroudant.

According to the declaration, settlers had obtained official permits to invest in the region and to construct a synagogue. Tribal leaders, however, denounced these moves as a cover for “settlement projects and land seizure.” The statement went further, branding any Moroccan who sells land to Israeli buyers as a “traitor.”

The Masmouda elders warned of escalating resistance, hinting at the formation of local committees prepared to use “all legitimate means” — including force — to expel settlers from the area.

This development underscores growing tensions in Morocco over foreign investment linked to Israel, particularly in historically sensitive regions. While the government has encouraged economic partnerships since the normalization of ties, grassroots opposition remains strong, especially among communities wary of what they perceive as disguised settlement activity.

The ultimatum has sparked debate about sovereignty, land rights, and the balance between national policy and local resistance. Whether the warning will translate into concrete action remains uncertain, but the statement reflects deep anxieties about identity, territory, and the future of Morocco’s rural heartlands.

In Algeria, discussions are expected to focus on two key pillars: security and economic cooperation. Landau will meet senior Algerian officials to explore ways to strengthen bilateral ties, with particular attention to regional security challenges, especially in the Sahel, where instability continues to pose serious risks.

Economic issues will also be high on the agenda. Talks are expected to include potential major deals involving U.S. companies, reflecting Washington’s growing interest in expanding its economic footprint in Algeria beyond the energy sector.

The timing underscores a broader strategic context. North Africa is becoming an increasingly competitive arena, as global powers seek influence through investment, trade, and security partnerships. Algeria, given its geographic position and regional influence, is a key player in that dynamic.
