Final preparations are underway in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, for the eighth edition of the Algerian Products and Services Fair, with a record turnout of over 350 Algerian companies taking part in this major economic event, which reflects the growing dynamism of economic relations between Algeria and Mauritania, according to a statement issued on Monday by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion.

The statement added that this event will provide a comprehensive platform to showcase a diverse range of Algerian products and services, thereby strengthening partnership opportunities and opening up new horizons for cooperation between economic actors in both countries.

The statement also noted that on-site preparations are proceeding at a rapid pace, with exhibition stands being set up in accordance with modern standards, alongside the scheduling of bilateral business-to-business (B2B) meetings between economic operators and the organisation of specialised economic seminars to discuss investment opportunities and explore new areas for bilateral partnership.
In conclusion, this exhibition is expected to serve as a strategic platform for strengthening the presence of Algerian products in the Mauritanian market and supporting efforts to boost exports outside the hydrocarbons sector.
