Algeria Gate: Units of the Algerian National Gendarmerie, across the various wilayas affected by the recent wave of fires, have launched extensive field investigations at the outbreak points of the flames. The aim is to determine the real causes of the fires and to examine the various circumstances surrounding them.

The National Gendarmerie services have deployed specialized teams to the affected sites as soon as the flames were brought under control. Investigators began inspecting the locations and collecting various pieces of evidence and samples that could help reveal the causes of the fires and determine whether they resulted from natural factors, human negligence, or deliberate acts.
The field investigations include gathering data and testimonies from residents living near the areas where the fires broke out, as well as using technical and scientific expertise to analyze the traces left by the fires at their points of origin.

The results of these investigations are expected to help uncover the circumstances of the fires that caused human, material, and environmental losses in a number of wilayas, and to take the necessary legal measures if a criminal act or negligence that led to their outbreak or spread is proven.

These measures come at a time when damage assessment and loss inventory operations continue, in parallel with the efforts of public authorities and various security and civil protection services to provide support to the affected populations and restore normal conditions.
